  OPERATION:
Pre programmer panel for single float circuit application,
On (Low) Start contact closes, the transmitter sends a pulses every 5 minutes for verification
On (High) Stop contact opens, the transmitter sends a pulse to stop the operation after the time interval.
If the pulse is not received in the range of the time interval the system turns off.
